These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TrueSelfOperation.com ("Site") and all coaching services, courses, digital products, quizzes, meditations, memberships, events, SMS communications, and related offerings provided by Vandalcast Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, "Services").
By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or Services.
1. Use of Our Site & Services
You may use TrueSelfOperation.com and its materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. By using our Site, you agree that:

You will not misuse or attempt to disrupt the Site or Services
You will provide accurate and truthful information when purchasing or engaging with our Services

All content on this Site — including but not limited to coaching materials, course content, videos, graphics, meditations, text, digital downloads, branding, frameworks, logos, assessments, and quizzes — is owned by or licensed to Vandalcast Media LLC. You agree that:
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or sell any content without written permission
Access to digital products or programs does not transfer ownership rights
Unauthorized sharing, republishing, or commercial use is prohibited
Limited personal, non-commercial use of purchased content is permitted
3. Purchases, Payments & Refunds
All purchases made through TrueSelfOperation.com, Kajabi, or associated payment systems are processed securely through Stripe and/or Kajabi. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
You authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method
Prices, offerings, and availability may change at any time without notice
Digital products, courses, meditations, memberships, coaching, and similar items are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise on the applicable sales or checkout page
If a separate refund policy applies to a specific program, event, retreat, or offering, that policy will override this section.
4. Coaching & Program Participation
By enrolling in coaching, courses, retreats, events, or related programs, you agree that:
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or medical care
You are solely responsible for your own choices, actions, interpretations, and results
Individual progress and outcomes vary, and no specific results are guaranteed
You also agree to follow all instructions, participation requirements, and community guidelines for any program, membership, retreat, or container you join. We reserve the right to remove participants from programs or communities for disruptive, abusive, or harmful behavior.
5. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in through our forms, quizzes, scheduling pages, purchases, event registrations, or other communication channels, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Vandalcast Media LLC and True Self Operation. These messages may include:
Appointment reminders
Coaching and service communications
Course or account notifications
Event and retreat reminders
Marketing and promotional messages
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors who support our business operations such as customer service platforms and CRM providers; these providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own marketing purposes.
6. User Accounts
Certain features may require creating an account through Kajabi, GoHighLevel, or the Site. You agree to:
Keep your login credentials confidential
Not share account access with others
Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Vandalcast Media LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

Emotional reactions or personal interpretations

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or Services is to discontinue use of them. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to the Company for Services within the preceding twelve (12) months.

Our Site and Services may contain links to third-party websites and tools including but not limited to Kajabi, Stripe, GoHighLevel, Cal.com, Google Analytics, and Meta. We are not responsible for content on third-party websites, their policies, terms, or practices, or any loss, issue, or damage resulting from their use. You access third-party tools and services at your own discretion and risk.
